· Register patients’ respiratory devices.
· Help customers identify whether their devices have been affected and issue replacements if needed.
· Responsible for overseeing any escalations in all French-speaking countries across all channels.
· Informing and answering customer questions on why certain devices have been affected.
· Updating customers on any new developments regarding their devices. Helping Philips de-escalate any issues, complaints, or client frustrations regarding Field Action Notice.

Administrator/PA to Home Manager /Manager to Domestic Staff – Glenside Manor Services Farnborough
Administrator, Home Manager and PA at a Neuro-rehabilitation home for brain injury rehabilitation.
Starting off as an administrator for a probation period of two weeks initially.
Later, offered a position as a PA to Home Manager and later Domestic Manager for all cleaning and hospitality staff.
