Leighanne Simpson

I am currently working towards my goal of becoming a nurse and starting up my own catering business. I have experience working in retail/hospitality, as well as bar and barista experience also, in which I aim to further improve on in the future. I have found that I am really good at managing my time and tasks efficiently, and I find that no matter the situation I am in I can always stay level headed and calm. I find working in a team to be really rewarding, as I appreciate learning new ways to approach situations from my colleagues. 

I have worked previously as a customer service assistant in retail/hospitality, in which I progressed to a supervisor position. In those roles I gained experience in how to navigate and work in a bar, as well as gaining barista experience too. Within these roles I also learned and developed methods on interacting with customer, and providing  customer service.

I have received my GCSE‘s with grades ranging from a 4 to 7, as well as a merit in AS Level 3 Health and Social Care
