Personal Statement:

I am a dedicated and driven employee with a passion for learning new skills. With a solid foundation in customer service, I am excited to contribute and expand my knowledge in the workplace.

Throughout my experience, I feel I have demonstrated a strong ability for problem solving, I believe when communicating with colleagues and customers clearly and efficiently it allows for development in social skills and have a better understanding with day-to-day tasks and activities.

I take pride in my ability to remain calm under pressure, swiftly address concerns, and turn challenging situations into opportunities for positive engagement. The insights gained from my year in customer service have solidified my belief that every interaction is a chance to make a difference, and I am excited to continue this journey of growth and impact.

I am particularly proud of my first job employed at Argos which took an hour of travelling to get towards, this showcased my willingness and commitment to my employer. This experience reinforced my overall work ethic, which I am eager to bring to my next employment.

As I move forward, I am seeking to build upon my current history. I am confident that my blend of versatility and my passion for learning make me an asset in achieving a company’s set objectives.

Sales Assistant

Argos U.K – Chelmsford

September 2021 to September 2022

At Argos, I was tasked with many different jobs, ranging from serving customers at the tills to allocating and rearranging stock, to dealing with and managing the deliveries of products coming in and out of the store. As well as this, promoting Argos' own brand of financial services which includes the Argos store card and accidental damage & replacement care, this job had taught me the importance of customer needs, financial management and great punctuality.

Sales Operator

Mixit – London, Barking

June 2023 to August 2023

At Mixit I worked as part of the office sales team, my job involved taking orders from customers via phone call/ email.  As well as this, my other task was acquiring new customers through different sales techniques such as cold calling. This required me to do research on the businesses target audience (in this case groundworkers as Mixit’s primary selling product is concrete) and single out potential buyers. Other one-off tasks included creating spreadsheets to help track raw material usage and redesigning employee clock in and out sheets. Overall, this job helped me demonstrate a professional attitude which has benefited me in and out the workplace.
