Product portfolio includes minimally invasive and non-invasive systems—including Venus Versa, ARTAS iX, NeoGraft, Venus Bliss, Venus Legacy, Venus Velocity, Venus Viva, and Venus Freeze Plus.
• Focusing on building and driving all aspects of sales strategy for the UK market across private Aesthetic clinics.
• Identifying key hair restoration clinics and doctors for Artas iX and developing KOL (key opinion leader) accounts.

• Managing the full sales cycle from outreach & pipeline building, pre-sales demonstrations and post-sale support to foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
Selected Achievements:
• Delivered sales of £1.8m, overachieving sales target of £1.5m (in less than a year).
• Created new accounts for Artas iX and created ROI within clinics as a new concept within their
organisation.
• Creating new accounts with medical professionals including individual account investments of up to £450k
MedTech Lasers (Distribution for MediSpec , Reveal Lasers, hairStetics), London Business Partner and CO. March 2021 - March 2022
Responsible for managing existing contracts, communication, and operations with the NHS/Supply Chain for our long - term distribution contract with Tower 6 in Cardio and Urology devices. I handle budgeting, coordination, and effective management to ensure smooth operations between the NHS, our organization, and MediSpec. Additionally, I actively participate in new supply chain tenders and conduct business research on new technologies, publishing white papers and staying informed on FDA updates.
• Specialise in identifying private clinics suitable for our surgical and non-surgical courses.
• Actively seek out doctors and clinics that have a demand for new technologies in the medical field.
• As part of my responsibilities, I oversee national procurement, manage bid processes, and handle tender processes. • Engage in demonstrations, negotiations, and the development of ROI plans for the sale of medical capital equipment
within our distribution rights.
• Participate in bidding processes within the NHS and supply chain for various departments and equipment.
Achievements :
• Successfully secured a significant contract within the Supply Chain, with a budget of £142 million allocated by the NHS.

Business Development and Account Manager August 2016 – April 2021
ABC Lasers is the trusted sole distributor for Alma (UK & Ireland) for laser equipment across medical aesthetics - for Soprano hair removal, radio-frequency & ultrasound technology.
Alma Lasers is a global innovator of laser, light-based, radio-frequency and ultrasound solutions for the aesthetic
and surgical markets revolutionising existing treatment methods and working to serve the varied and growing needs of both patients and practitioners around the world.
• Developed and executed comprehensive business development strategies to identify and capitalise on new sales leads, whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing clients as a trusted partner and driving the growth of the organisation, increasing market share, and profitability.
• Bringing new products to market, including a newly developed vaginal rejuvenation device.
• Collaberating with the marketing department ensuring market penetration.
