I am a nurturing and caring individual, deeply driven by a passion for helping others, especially those who are less fortunate. I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they deserve. My approach combines empathy, patience, and determination, allowing me to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

My career has been dedicated to working with and supporting children and families. I began as an Early Years Practitioner, where I worked closely with a key group of children, recorded observations, built development plans, and collaborated with parents to support individual progress. I then transitioned into the education sector as a Family Support Worker, focusing on attendance management and pastoral care. Over time, I expanded my responsibilities to include safeguarding as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), mental health support as a certified Mental Health First Aider, and family engagement through Pastoral Support and Family Link roles. Currently, I serve as Young Carers Lead and DDSL, combining my expertise in safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion to create safe, supportive environments for children and families.
