● Leading the Workforce Planning function spanning Resourcing to Strategic Workforce Planning horizons, driving delivery via key performance indicators and service-level agreements

● Development and implementation of the Organisational Workforce Plan and
governance to manage force resources, skills and risks to ensure roles are
succession planned effectively, utilising workshops, consultation and data to
define requirements.
● Management of Organisational Workforce Risk Register and consolidated action plans, tracked through risk management processes
● Delivery of National Police Officer Uplift as a part of the Avon and Somerset Uplift Design Programme, working with subject matter experts to ensure delivery
through effective forecasting, planning and resourcing.
● Implementation of new Police Promotion Selection Process including working with University of Bath Autism Research, which led to a 50%+ increase in under-represented groups meeting the pass mark.
