I have done personal care ,end of life care  l have done care plans .use to dealing care teams emergency services . When worked in mental health supported people who are high risk suicide. Dealt with crisis teams ,attended ward meetings  

I've supported people who range from 16 plus over the years  

I've got experience dealing with the families and supporting them as well there family member.

I feel doing all diffrent aspects of care has shown me to be more compassion see the person that im supporting not as a disabilit but as a person .l focus on the person not on the past  they have  l support everyone person centred and encourage others around me to do so as well .

I hard working and in crisis l don't clock off when it end of my shift l will stay to help that person as much as l can.

I love learning new things and being challenged

Started in care homes when l was 18 years  worked in differen care homes l  went to work as a support worker aspire health ans care as a mental health support worker  and after couple of years l got my own mental health supported living building to run then got asked to be acting manager of all girls residential home .then stayed as team leader helped do staff inductions interviews supervisions  Rota for 3 buildings arranging agency staff. 

Meeting new referrals  then went to be care coordinator  at lloyds care group ,l was only care coordinator for the company for Derby area l arranged all calls ,dealt with new services. Arranged packages of care assisted in training  assisted the manager sorting all staff hours out when doing wages l then left to become night senior care at eastgate care l was mostly the  only senior on nights for 56 residents .l administered medication was doing care plans. Medication stock checks physical observations  in supporting staff
