I’ve recently sold my business, managing and renting property. My passion is renovating and restoring properties. I had various roles in the past all face to face with clients customers. I love meeting, caring for people learning of their history. previously my roles have included Hairdressing, owning and running a salon. I’ve managed a delicatessen. Worked as an estate agent’s receptionist. Run my Estate agents. Also worked for Monmouthshire County Council. 

I’m definitely at ease when meeting people. Putting all their needs first. Everything I’ve ever done has been Customer or Client based. I work well alone or part of a team. Ive had a range of successful business. raised a large family. 

I enjoy helping everyone, putting their needs first. My strengths are complying with whatever task seeks my attention and making sure it’s dealt with from start to finish. I work efficiently and have excellent communication skills. 
I’m a people person and can start conversation with anyone, younger or older generations. 
I have a positive attitude to life and situations, always looking for solutions to minimise stress or anxiety.

As stated above with all previous employment, My life’s work has always revolved around people. I feel I have compassion where it’s necessary. Care when needed, discrete in  uncomfortable or emotional situations. Trustworthy, loyal and very hard working. 

My Current qualifications are NVQ level 1&2 City & Guilds in Hairdressing. I’ve had life experiences in business and property development.
