I am a qualified yoga teacher I acquired my 200 hour YTT in March of this year. I practice yoga every day and I have a home studio where I teacher beginner yoga one to one.

I am also an artist/printmaker who has run many art related workshops.

I was a volunteer at the Southbank Centre for two years in which I had to privilege of working at a number of Festivals; Imagine Children’s Festival, WOW, Unlimited Festival and The Festival of Love. This has given me experience at the UK’s largest arts centre, while gaining experience how their art programmes are run and to engage with all the dynamic year-round festivals programme and an inclusive ethos.

A BBC Commission, which I sculptured plasticine into flowers and plants for contracting a garden made up of Plasticine sculptures which was exhibited at the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2009 and featured in the James May television programme.

I ran a six week monoprint workshop at the Claremount Project, and I also volunteered at their Art Therapy groups helping with the set up of the painting and drawing twice a week.
