My role involved managing cash transactions, replenishing stock, and adhering to company policies and health and safety guidelines. A notable achievement during my tenure was reducing escalated customer complaints by 25% in 2017, significantly enhancing the store's reputation.
Transitioning to the banking sector, I served as an Operations Clerk at Steward Bank Limited. Here, I specialized in preparing daily reconciliation reports, validating bank statements, and providing reconciliation training to new system users.
