I am Loubna Eloukeily, I have always loved and enjoyed the customer service field, of course we all work to wages, but for me working something I love and enjoy makes a huge difference to my job quality.

A beyond customer satisfaction is a top priority for me, I have an excellent Customer Service reputation at all my previous jobs, including Saudi Airlines and  Swissport Ltd at Stansted Airport.

I am a bilingual person who’s mother languages are (Arabic and French) beside Spanish and English of course.

I am a British Citizen who has lived in UK for the last 30 years, no criminal record and no work permit of sponsor  is required.

I have attended a several aviation courses, with Virgin Atlantic,  Saudi Airlines, Galileo Booking and NCFE.

I have worked as a Passenger Service and Reservation Agent for Saudi Airlines and now a Passenger Service Agent with Swissport Ltd at Stansted Airport.

I have also worked as a Senior receptionist for Golds Gym and a Reservationist for Premier Inn.

My experience and my multilingual skills has always been an advantage to any business I join, beside my personality and caring nature that is essential too in an excellent customer service.
