With several years of experience across hospitality, customer service, and retail, I have developed the confidence, professionalism, and adaptability needed to thrive in fast‑paced environments while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
I have worked in a range of busy restaurants and bars, most recently at Rockfish, where I delivered high‑quality front‑of‑house service and quickly learned detailed fresh seafood menus while coordinating closely with kitchen and management teams to keep service running smoothly. Prior to this, during my time at Viva in Torquay, I served food, prepared cocktails, and handled multiple orders under pressure during lively brunches and evening services. These roles strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, multitask effectively, and stay calm during demanding shifts — all qualities essential in the hospitality sector.
I further sharpened my food service and guest‑care skills at Prezzo, where I managed table turnover efficiently and supported smooth front‑of‑house operations. Earlier, my retail role at Marks & Spencer gave me a strong foundation in customer engagement, cash handling, and maintaining high presentation standards — skills that translate seamlessly into bar and restaurant settings.
Alongside my work experience, I am currently studying BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science at the University of Brighton. My academic schedule has strengthened my time‑management abilities and reliability, and I am looking for a part‑time role that allows me to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to a team while continuing my studies.
