April 2017 – Prsent 
I work full time  at Chiquitos as a waitress which involves working front of house, dealing with customer complaints where I remained professional with all of them, and dealing with money. When working front of the house it involved taking customers their food and drinks whilst also listening to their feedback and dealing with any complaints. During my time at Chiquitos I have gained customer service skills which has helped me to progress to be given better opportunities.

Tescos superstore, strood 
March 2020 – June 2020.
Whilst I worked at Tesco I worked as an all rounder which included serving customers on the tills, helping customers on the self-checkouts, working stock on the shop floor, showing customers where certain stock is, and also handling money. I feel that during my short time at Tesco I learned more customer service skills which benefitted my knowledge within the retail sector.

Creams café, Rochester
December 2020 – March 2021. 
I worked full time at Creams Cafe for about 3 months over a very busy Christmas and new year period. Within these 3 months I gained many new skills which will hopefully lead me on to bigger opportunities in my future. These skills are; being a key holder, opening and closing the restaurant on my own, and handling money. This shows that I was a trusted team member with key responsibilities.  Along side these skills I am also capable of making and memorising  various desserts, working in a busy kitchen, and dealing with customers.
