Over 20 years’ experience in a project environment across different sectors. A consistently high
performer, with excellent communication, influencing, leadership and negotiating skills, at all levels
both internally and externally and globally. An effective and efficient planner, delivering consistently
within time and budget constraints. Working well under pressure and pulling out all the stops to deliver
work on time and in a professional manner.
Working well in both a team environment and alone, embracing new challenges. Having a broad
understanding of IS and business processes and environments with cross functional skills for both
areas. Picking up new systems, processes and environments quickly and easily to deliver
transformational programmes across the business.

PROGRAMME MANAGER, my role involves the following:-
Accountability and responsibility for the portfolio of IT projects and programmes of work for the group
including all budget, planning, transformation, change management, resourcing and ongoing
Governance. With ownership of the pipeline for the next 5 years for both pubs and Head Office.
Projects include:-
• Setup and development of an agile digital workstream including setup of governance
processes and management of a team of 3 Product Managers.
• Implementation of a fully integrated supply chain transformational change programme,
incorporating supplier onboarding, product/recipe maintenance, Online ordering, stock
management, Guest engagement through interactive menu’s and linkage to Guest
applications.
• Implementation of a new ERP system for Finance.
• Delivery of a Guest Ordering App across our 1400 strong pub chain.
• Subject Matter expert on integration programme combining both business infrastructures,
processes and systems.
• Implementation of a Property Management system – modular in design including all business
change elements.
• Line Manager for 7 Project Managers and 3 Product Owners.
