I studied Interior Architecture at the University of Edinburgh, where I developed a strong foundation in design thinking, creative problem-solving, and user-centered experiences. While it’s not a direct path into Customer Success, the skills I gained—like project management, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and meet client needs—translate seamlessly.
