About Lucy Alexander:

With over six years’ experience as an Executive Assistant with Project and Brand Management, I am looking for my next long-term opportunity in a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant, or Chief of Staff position. Having worked with numerous brands across different categories both in-house and agency, eCommerce, retail and luxury, I have an in depth understanding of business operations across all functions and levels. I have a highly commercial mindset, meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to tasks. Experience

Business Development Strategy Planning:
- Implementing business growth strategies alongside Founders, from future hires, to departmental budgets and creative campaigns. 
- Navigated an office and warehouse move and helped to grow the team from 8 to 25+
HR & Internal Communications:
- Ownership of company HR, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and dealing with ongoing HR matters
Legal Support:
- Key point of contact for lawyers and management of full trademark portfolio including trademark watch
Diary & Travel Management:
- Management of Founder’s schedules and all company travel
Meeting Coordination:
- Coordination of all company meetings, setting agendas, preparing materials and ensuring projects are on track
Event Management:
- Management of all company events, from internal company socials, pop up shops and content days to a week long trip to International trips filming campaigns with major athletes (most recent trip to LA to film a YouTube series, future planning for Tokyo expo)
Brand Management:
- Key driver in brand repositioning strategy, including growth of Womenswear and ensuring all departments are aligned on mission statement, direction and tone of voice
Project Management:
- End to end management of various projects, including brand and Influencer collaboration collections and the launch of a brand new app
Brand Partnerships:
- Management of all brand partnerships outside of Influencer Marketing 
- Introduced the Founders to Licensing and set up best-selling 2 year collaboration deal with Toei Animation and Dragon Ball Z, first launched in April 2023
Creative Production:
- Management of pre and post production process for eCommerce, Campaign and Influencer shoots as well as ownership of Media budget
eCommerce Management:
- Website and app management, setting up the website for all new launches and sales, and overseeing migration to Shopify 2.0, as well as CRM migration to Klaviyo
