I am a driven, confident data professional with an aptitude for problem solving. I have worked on a diverse range of projects, leveraging various tools such as Tableau, SQL and Python. I am passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology in organisations, through excellent communication skills, enabling businesses to make data driven decisions that can be commercially and financially beneficial.

In addition to this, I have taken a strong interest in cloud based technologies such as Snowflake; constantly seeking to develop my skills in this area, as well as consistently using online resources such as DataCamp to improve my technical skills.

Completed 15 weeks of training, learning a blend of technical skills for data analysis alongside data management principles, including data quality dimensions and data governance processes. Also trained in requirements engineering and stakeholder management, highlighting the importance of communication skills in adding value to organisations.

* Successfully produced enterprise level data quality and data governance dashboards in Tableau. 
* Communicated with stakeholders to ensure the correct data sources were being used, understand requirements for KPIs, and manage expectations.
* Consistently adapted to changing requirements from various stakeholders, whilst still meeting tight deadlines. 
* Produced data quality rules for the Trade team using SQL, which involved understanding the rule requirements from the Trade team and converting them into SQL code.
* Contributed to implementing a data lineage solution using Elastic Search to find field matches, and Python matching and fuzzy matching for score generation. 
Schroders, London - Client Insights Unit 
* Analysed multiple datasets to measure the business value of predictive tools built by the team. Engaged with stakeholders to understand their requirements for the KPIs.
* Collaborated with other analysts and stakeholders to determine the correct logic for measuring the success of each tool. 
* Developed and delivered dashboards in Tableau, producing creative yet effective visualisations to present the KPIs, including complex visualisations such as a Sankey diagram.
* Presented my work to the wider team and stakeholders at the end of each 2 week sprint as part of the Agile process.
