 My keenest interest is football & cricket. I enjoy watching my local teams, which I am a season ticket holder. I relish in my football training and participating in 6 a side football. I also have a particular interest in motorsport, music and to travel.

My first professional experience was for Rectella International were I worked for seven as a Quality Controller, my areas of responsibilities included updating the daily stock reports and distributing internally around the business, I also prepare folders for incoming stock, ensuring all documents required are present to sell to the customer. I am responsible for the status of stock internally and guarantee relevant requirements are fulfilled. On a daily basis I will update the production spreadsheets for storing data and traceability so information is available to all staff. As part of my duties, I will proof read artwork on packaging such as cartons, labels, bottles and bags against original designs. Prior to product manufacturing start up, I am responsible for calibrating the metal detection unit and weighing scales ensuring they are operated correctly. Together with the online supervisor I will oversee production changeovers, checking correct product specification is used to the relevant product. I will make sure work areas are always clean and hygienic after use ready for next day. Trained as an ISO internal auditor, each month I will carry out an audit that complies with the head auditor as well as ensuring goods into the business comply to ISO Accreditation by check weight. I will appropriately product test incoming goods from suppliers and internal product samples periodically from production runs, also liaise with suppliers for relevant documentation such as product productive and production issues whilst maintaining upkeep of supplier’s certificates for Company records. I attentively respond to customers on product complaints with corrective actions and liaise with advice on product use to maintain customer satisfaction. I am also responsible for gathering data to complete the annual packaging waste & carbon footprint submissions.

Since leaving Rectella International I joined Minky Homecare as a Quality Inspector, my areas of responsibilities include serving customers on the ‘Drive Thru’ as well as behind the counter on the till and collating food orders for serving. Working in the front and back area of the restaurant, ensuring stock of all items is available and replenished if required. Duties within the kitchen area involves operating grills for the meat products and ‘vats’ for the chicken, as well as checking a complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces and cooking areas at all times. End of each shift involves a thorough clean of the cooking grills and vats. Working hours are between 18-24 hours per work. Promoted to Crew Trainer which involved training new recruited staff members.

My most recent education qualifications relevant to the role would be my NVQ in business administration.
