• SCCM - Managed client and server infrastructure for 300+ clients across 19 locations in the UK, acting as a one-stop shop for all SCCM needs for Owens group 

• Packaging - Solely responsible for packaging and deploying software applications for over 5 users within Owens group organization. Successfully packaged 85% of required software so far. 

• Azure - Hands on Exp. in Compute, Network and storage & virtualization. Assist and troubleshoot with VM deployment, resizing and booting failure. Also experience in configuring and managing Virtual Networks and more. 

• Intune - Solely managed the enrollment, configuration, and security of over 100 Android and 25+ iOS devices using Microsoft Intune
