About Madeline Myhre:

A recent graduate from my MA in Stained Glass Conservation & Heritage Management, I have years of experience in front facing retail/tourism roles as well as in management.

Experience

While I studied my undergraduate degree, I worked several jobs in front-facing retail and tourism jobs leading private tours of the city of Savannah, Georgia and working to sell merchanidise and antiques at a gift shop downtown. I also focused my efforts at house museums, giving guided tours of two 19th century manors. Post-graduation, I recieved my first job working as a technician at a construction business focused on the preservation of architectural elements. I was promoted to the Operations Manager shortly where I worked to guide the business for four years.

Education

My BFA and MA in Preservation and Conservation rolls have given me a well-rounded education in history and the arts, but have also prepared me heavily for people-centric career paths that impact cultural and society as much as the objects and places restored for them.
