I have done a lot of volunteering since I left high school. I am passionate about true crime and researching about it. At the moment I am doing a Teacher Assistant Course online. I know 3 languages and have great communication skills. I love to learn new skills.

My most recent role at The Co - Operative Bank as a Business Banking Associate was to be primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. I Protected and educated customers against fraud and scams.Advised customers on suitable bank products and services, supporting their daily banking needs.Updated customer records and processed information with precision using internal systems.Proactively provided solutions to enhance the customer experience.Collaborated with team members to improve service delive ry.Developed strong customer focus, financial education, and community engagement skills.Managed sensitive and challenging queries effectively within a team environment.

My most relevant education which i am studying at the moment is a teacher assistant course. This course is online. It covers maintaining effective communication, occupational health and safety and child developmen. I have my maths and English GCSEs grade 9-4 (A*-C). I also did a course on digital marketin.
