About Mahmood Jabbar:
Given my parents are immigrants and came to the UK with literally nothing, 2 things were drilled into me from the very start, the importance of education and a supreme work ethic. Them juggling jobs and working literal shifts on end just to provide for me and my siblings along with never complaining had a cumulative effect in me taking my education seriously. This consequently resulted in me achieving A*s in my GCSEs, particularly a grade 9(A**) in English which plays a vital part in this role as I’m able to articulate myself in a manner which facilitates for me to be able to resolve problems efficiently and to speak concisely. My reading age was 17 years and 9 months when I last tested it at the age of 13, the ability to digest information is essential in order to determine the root cause of a problem, which can then lead to the problem itself being resolved immediately. Experience in public speaking and being certified in Security training developed my composure, calming oneself can make or break everything; instead of rising to someone’s potential frustration I am able to easily suppress any below the line mannerisms and remain calm in order to resolve queries or even just deescalate the situation, so conversations are more productive. All in all, the above-mentioned work in hand in hand to allow me to give an exceptional service, exactly the thing which your company strives to offer.
Experience
I have worked in many customer service roles and share great pride in helping customers out. The motto ‘customers first’ is the motto I live by in every aspect of life and hold that dearly to me. I will go above and beyond for customers and people in my life too. Hence why I am able to do such a great job at everything I put my heart to.
