August 2024 – Present Supports post-16 learners through engaging tutorial sessions focused on life skills, personal development, and academic progress. Designs original teaching materials, monitors attendance, and communicates with students and parents. Provides differentiated instruction for students with EHCPs, embeds British values, and collaborates with staff to address wellbeing and pastoral needs.

Delivered ESOL lessons to Entry-level learners aged 16–19, preparing them for NOCN exams. Promoted from Teaching Assistant to Tutor based on performance.
