Managing Hospitality and F&B projects from the conception stage to the handover stage and Operation. 

Highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer’s requirements. 

Led and motivated worldwide teams comprised a large number of employees and managed P&L, EBITDA and cash flow for business divisions exceeding high revenue and Investments. 

Experience in casual, fine dining Michelin Star Chef and entertainment in luxury hospitality establishments, seeking position in upscale resorts and Clubs concept. Gifted motivator and leader comfortable with supervising service team of over 850 employees from different nationalities. Credited with implementing cost-savings measures which led to a 20% reduction in food waste.
