I am a vastly experience manager, who has held management positions in every field I have worked in. This includes finance, catering and sports.
I have great communication skills and build strong relationships both internally with fellow staff members and externally with stakeholders such as customers and sponsors.
My organisational skills are excellent allowing me to plan and run several projects simultaneously.
I have considerable experience at setting and working within the budgets set and can motivate fellow team members to achieve their targets. I have a large amount of experience of hiring staff from writing the initial job descriptions, all the way through to interviewing and offering the position. This is then followed with appraisals, objective reviews.

Vastly experienced manager with over 20 years experience in the professional sporting and catering fields. This includes selling, taking bookings, writing budgets and targets, managing staff and projects and the day to day running of a busy department/establishment.
Education
Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management.
