Our client is a Tier 1 international firm looking to recruit a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the Birmingham team.

You will be a confident and experienced Real Estate litigation solicitor having gained experience within a reputable firm.

To be considered, you must have a proven track record in litigation, a strong understanding of the civil procedure rules and be capable of handling complex litigation matters.

The caseload of the successful candidate will include issues such as, but not limited to:
