- Proposed the upgrades and integration roadmap for a newly merged nationwide mobile operator (approximately 500RBS, over US$100m) using technology and business insights.
- Increased Nokia’s accuracy of attainable forecasting markets, by 10%, in Latin America.
- Evaluated the product marketing and corporate communications region’s promotional activities.
- Lobbied CONATEL (Venezuela’s Telecom regulator) to amend the designation of a frequency band.
