Professional Roles:  I have 41 years experience of working with professionals in health, education and local authority services and members of the public as a speech and language therapist and manager, Special Needs Adviser, Deputy Head of Early Years and Childcare Services, Health Scrutiny Officer and Contact Centre Officer.   

Voluntary Roles:  I have 47 years experience working with fellow volunteers in judo at national, European and International levels.  I have 3 years experience of volunteering at the Conquest Hospital

 Hastings and 2 years with Hastings Posh Club.

Customer Care  

In my paid and voluntary roles I have worked with professionals and volunteers from a wide range of educational, socio-economic, language and cultural backgrounds.  I have worked with people with various disabilities and emotional behaviours. A considerable amount of the work in professional and voluntary roles required high standards of customer care and administrative support . Examples :  

• Great Ormond Street Hospital – a centre of international and national excellence  
• Working at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games alongside high-ranking officials from many countries 
• Working with organisers and delegates at international seminars and conferences 
• Heads of Departments and Local Authority councillors required accuracy of information presented in clear statements and proposals.
