A senior test professional with a wide range of IT experience, from software development, systems analysis, quality assurance, support and over 20 years in test management. Significant delivery focus, in terms of portfolio test leadership and programme/test management. Dad to two boys at Uni, loves running and coaching futsal. 

Experience

Programme/portfolio test manager with over 20 years experience across Finance, retail banking, telecommunications, IT solutions, public safety/secure,  in small and large complex organisations. Starting life as a developer, systems analysis, development lead roles to product quality.  

Passion for test automation and the overall journey of optimising testing, with over 15 years test automation experience. Setup QA functions, offshore capability, automation test teams and performed role of transformation manager to bring in testing as a service. Managed teams from 5 up to 200 test resources, utilising test partners, contractors,  test services.

Experience across testing including, integration testing, UAT management, operational acceptance, performance, vendor governance, pilot testing, live and warranty.

Programme test manager including:

  • Finance transformation to Oracle Finance Cloud technology with migration.
  • Email migration at Virgin Media (>4 million mailboxes) 
  • Call centre virtualisation
