I’m a commercially focused C-suite leader with a strategic and operational mindset and a 20+ year track record in the global energy sector, leading transformational growth across oil & gas, renewables, and the net zero transition. I’ve shaped and delivered strategy at board level for AIM-listed, JV, and FTSE-listed companies, repositioning portfolios, restoring investor confidence, and embedding operational discipline to drive measurable, long-term value.
What sets me apart is my ability to bring clarity from complexity, navigating uncertainty with a calm, structured approach that aligns people, plans, and performance. I lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability, backed by an MBA in Sustainability & Energy Transitions (distinction) and an MSc in Project Management. I’m also a strong advocate for embedding AI and decision intelligence into operations as a way to reduce noise, sharpen delivery, and future-proof organisations.
Across my career, I’ve led companies through crisis recovery, rapid growth, and full-scale repositioning.
Some of my proudest achievements include:
• As CEO of Coro Energy PLC, I restructured Coro Energy into a clean energy platform: leading a £5m capital raise, £7.5m divestment, 30% opex reduction, and building a 200MW renewables portfolio across Vietnam and the Philippines.
• Restored production to 95% at BP Algeria post-In Amenas terrorist attack: embedded new security protocols with military support, safeguarding ~$100m annual income.
• Transformed performance at BP Sullom Voe, improving plan attainment from 50% to 80% and securing over $1bn in throughput revenue.
• Advised Pharos Energy’s board on ESG, governance, and operational readiness, identifying $20m+ in potential profitability through AI-supported transition planning.

Experience
Strategic and Commercial Leadership
- Led the reverse takeover of GEPL into Coro Energy PLC, securing a £5m capital raise and enabling the company’s pivot into Southeast Asian renewables, including a 200MW development pipeline.
- Delivered strategic transformation for a listed upstream operator, identifying more than £20m in profitability through integrated transition and operational planning.
- Implemented AI-enabled decision intelligence and reporting automation at Energy PTS, improving clarity, speed of insight and commercial discipline across client delivery.
Operational and Programme Delivery
- Restored 95% production at BP’s In Amenas gas facility following a major terrorist incident, safeguarding more than $100m annual revenue and rebuilding organisational and JV partner confidence.
- Transformed project and infrastructure delivery at BP’s Sullom Voe terminal, increasing plan attainment from approximately 50 percent to more than 90 percent and unlocking close to $1bn in annual throughput value.
- Delivered operational efficiency, cost reductions and performance assurance across multiple assets and organisations, including moving Coro Energy from loss-making to profitability.
Energy Transition, Sustainability and Systems Thinking
- Built and structured a renewable energy platform across Vietnam and the Philippines, including a 100 MW solar, 100 MW wind and 3 MW rooftop PPA portfolio, creating a financeable development pipeline from inception.
- Designed and embedded energy-transition, sustainability and operational-readiness strategies for listed and mid-cap operators, strengthening regulatory resilience and long-term value creation.
- MBA in Sustainability and Energy Transitions (Distinction), with expertise in corporate strategy, Economics, ESG and low-carbon frameworks.
Global, Stakeholder and Organisational Leadership
- Led culturally diverse teams across Europe, Africa and Asia, managing high-risk operations and large-scale JV environments with strong emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness.
