Education
With a degree in Computing, I have an in-depth understanding of information systems and BI processes. This knowledge has been invaluable in identifying data quality anomalies and producing plans to ensure suitable validation of the data to ensure that KPI’s such as diagnostic waiting time, relay the story of the progress made.
From a theoretical perspective I have built upon my career experience by attaining the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership and Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, Operations / Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeship. This theoretical, academic knowledge allowed me to obtain Chartered management status and combined with my long-term experience in-role performing at a senior level provides me with the theoretical background and practical experience to continue to build high-performing teams.
Dare to Lead trained, I pride myself on building authentic, effective working relationships with all stakeholders and I am comfortable working alongside senior colleagues and executives, as well as my peers and individual team members. It is this foundation of building strong relationships and authenticity throughout my career that has helped me to continually achieve results.
