Mark Henderson

I am a hardworking and driven individual who enjoys working as part of a team and on their own initiative. I possess first class communication skills, both verbal and written, as all my previous roles have called for this. I am naturally analytical and enjoy problem-solving situations. I’m a highly organised administrative worker with an emphasis on attention to detail and getting things right first time. 

For the past 5 years I have been a claims assessor at Scottish Friendly, this has involved managing multiple books of business and ensuring cases are prioritised correctly to ensure deadlines are met. In this role I'm required to communicate with GPs, solicitors, policy holders and a range of other stakeholders to provide updates and advice along the process. Previously I was working in the Life & Pensions sector where I gained important administrative skills like attention to detail and effective prioritisation.

I am currently studying to gain a degree with the Open University in Languages with English and Spanish. At high school I attained higher level grades.
