From adopting managerial responsibilities within my retail 9 - 5, I have gradually put administrative experience into practice. Self-taught and able to navigate systems; such as Microsoft Office, Excel, or Google Workspace to name a few. My approach includes upscaling small businesses; through my familiarity with social media and direct contact with clients. Taking on admin tasks that may be restricting their workload, allows fewer limitations on valuable time and generally drives new opportunities and success.

A self motivated, commercially aware individual with over five years experience in the high street fashion sector. My most recent position working as Supervisor/ Manager in retail has allowed me to develop personable skills to exceed customer's expectations, later leading to Managerial responsibilities. Functioning in a fast-paced environment, I have enhanced my time management and attention to taking on various responsibilities simultaneously whilst leading a team. Within this time I noticed that my strengths were predominantly admin focused; in order for the operations of the store to run smoothly.
