I am an experienced IT and business professional passionate about using my skills to make a difference. With years of expertise in my field, I have mastered a variety of specialized skills, including data analysis, communication, and project management. Others often see me as a driven and collaborative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

I have been working as a Contract Field Migration Engineer at SCW IT NHS CSU since September 2021. In this role, I have been involved in a Sussex-wide GP Surgery migration project for the NHS, providing complete refresh of all local GP IT systems from local networks to one county-wide domain. I am responsible for Windows Server Active Directory 2012 administration, monitoring and deploying user permissions, group policies, and asset management. I am also responsible for the deployment, configuration, and integration of all onsite hardware, software, and clinical applications/devices, including the installation of onsite bespoke application servers. After the migration is complete, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for GP practices both onsite and remotely.

Previously, I owned Britannia Signs for 11 years, during which time I focused on marketing, sales, and web campaigns using strategic and tactical data-driven analysis, which also included competitor analysis, customer behaviour, and improving product range. Using these techniques I improved the company's productivity year-on-year by improving time management and process evaluation. After 11 years I decided to take a career break from August 2019 to September 2021 to re-acquaint myself with ITC, cloud technologies, business analysis, Power BI, Python coding, and SQL Server & PostgreSQL.

At the start of my career I also worked as a Data Communications Sales Support Consultant at Hartland Systems Ltd from May 1999 to May 2008. Starting from the position of office junior, progressing to positions of increasing responsibilities. In this role, I was involved in documenting, designing and analysing business/technical proposals and project tenders for data communications and transfer architecture projects. During this time I championed the company's switch to a more data-driven enterprise and initiated the company's adoption of an internal CRM database. One of my more practical responsibilities was installing and supporting major and minor scale networking, software and data communication systems for companies such as ESSO and City Bank, and line-boosting and data compression systems to Lloyd's Register of Shipping. I would continue to provide technical and professional support, including training and development of best practice designs and solutions to meet the ever-expanding technical requirements.
