Design and Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):

Deliver comprehensive training to UST contractors on access management  processes, facilitating onboarding and continuous learning for new procedures.

Redesign and maintain critical documentation, including the Systems Access  Guide and Systems Access Matrix, to define and streamline access permissions.

Operational Excellence:

Conduct monthly reviews of access processes and role mapping to enhance  operational efficiency.

Successfully reduced the RemedyForce ticket queue by 75% through strategic  process improvements and effective queue management. o Improved SLA compliance on RemedyForce tickets by 68% within the first month of  onboarding UST contractors.

Stakeholder Engagement and Governance:

Conduct tri-weekly queue review meetings to manage Joiners, Movers, and Leavers  (JML) processes and ensure seamless access management.

Participated actively in daily service reviews and the Change Advisory Board meetings to  align access management strategies with organizational goals, including during  tenant migration processes.

Role Mapping Document Optimization:

Monitor, update, and redesign the Systems Access Matrix to ensure precision  in role-based access and permissions, contributing to a more secure and efficient  access environment.

Led IT migration projects across multiple sites, consolidating systems into a unified domain. * Managed bespoke application servers and implemented secure access protocols using Active Directory. During my career I have worked in very different sectors, such as video game design, signage manufacturing, data communication, and here I worked as a deployment engineer. I had to constantly learn new skills and adapt to new expectations, which has always been achieved through the help and collaboration of others. I am a strong believer in finding limits and surpassing them. I'm uncomfortable in the comfort zone and will always looking to improve upon everything previously learned and achieved.
