Position: international supply manager
Responsibilities:
• Import supplies of banking equipment to Ukraine and Belarus from the following countries: Italy, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Denmark, China, Korea, Japan, Russia;
• Organization and support of export contracts for the supply of Ukrainian banking equipment to the United States, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus;
• Working with existing suppliers and finding new ones;
• Control and support of goods delivery from the moment of placing an order at the factory to receiving the goods in a warehouse in Ukraine;
• Analysis of commercial proposals and negotiations on the most optimal terms of delivery;
• Preparation and conclusion of supply contracts;
• Work with suppliers on complaints;
• Payments control, balance of shipments and payments;
• Work with customs brokers (providing a complete package of documents for customs clearance) and transport companies (car, air and sea transport);
• Translation from English into Ukrainian / Russian and vs (contracts, invoices, customs documents, technical instructions, patents, presentations, articles);
• Negotiating with foreign suppliers;
• Translation of current negotiations of the head;
• Registration of documents for foreign trips;
• Participation in international exhibitions and online training, presentations.

Education:
2004-2009 - Kyiv National Linguistic University, translator of English and German.
2008-2012 - Kyiv National Academy of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law.
