About Maryna Nikitenko:

I have worked for over 5 years with administration office work and also 8 years with HR processes in Retail, Finance Companies and in a Banc in Ukraine. Can work successfully with any office equipment, any Windows programs and Databases which I’m really enjoying with. I have significant experience of data entry using HR Databases and protecting sensitive information. Also I'm proficient with any reports for any instances.

I have Lawyer diploma so I am highly responsible person. I am able to work effectively in stressful conditions. I learn quickly and improve my skills.

My basic soft skills are being client-focussed, multitasking, strong attention to detail, the ability to work by myself, and also as a team. 

I arrived with a special program for Ukrainians to the UK in April 2022 and have work permit till April 2025. Since moving to the UK I have been working as a Ukrainian Hub Support Manager supporting Ukrainians arriving and leaving the UK.  I was very successful in this role and was interviewed by the Observer newspaper. This experience developed my softer skills as often the people I was dealing with were in stressful situations. I have excellent references. DBS checked in May 2022.

 

I speak English, Ukrainian and Russian and live in Harpenden. 

Experience

I worked as an HR Compliance/Recruiter, Lead HR Administrator in Retail and in Finance/Banking in Ukraine for 8 years. 
In my previous roles I have gained a wide range of HR experience.  This means I understand the whole HR function and what I need to do to achieve deadlines.  I also understand how important it is to double check the documentation of employees I am working with, and how vital it is for employees to receive high quality support from the HR Department.  In addition to this, my experience has taught me how important it is to find and adapt the right candidate for the right position.

I can work successfully with any Windows programs. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, LinkedIn, Jobs boards. I have significant experience of data entry using HR Databases and protecting sensitive information.
