I am Mashhood Athar, 17 years and 10 months old, just finished my time in Sixth Form Alevels in The Green School.

I am studying Diploma Enterprise/Business and Psychology which is helping me better understand enterpreneural skills and customers' mindsets.. I am also learning methods for promotion of the products and increase the sale.

I am good in communication and dealing with customers in a demanding and fast-paced workplace.

While I enjoy playing rugby, I am captain of our school's cricket team. I have earned prizes and great feedback for leadership skills and a good team player.

• As a retail sales assistant at Phase Eight my duties typically include:
• 1. Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
• 2. Assisting customers in finding the right products and offering product recommendations.
• 3. Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• 4. Maintaining a tidy and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• 5. Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, and store policies.
• 6. Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
• 7. Promoting special promotions or sales events to customers.
• 8. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
• 9. Assisting with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and stock-taking.
• 10. Staying knowledgeable about Phase Eight products, including fabrics, styles, and sizing, to better assist customers.

CHARITY SHOP VOLUNTEER | 03/2023 - 04/2023

Oxfam - Richmond

• Volunteering at a charity shop has been a rewarding experience for me. I gained valuable skills such as customer service, cash handling, and visual merchandising. I also learned how to work as part of a team and how to adapt to different situations. Through my work at the charity shop, I was able to make a positive impact in the community while also developing my own personal and professional skills. I believe that my experience has prepared me well for future employment opportunities, and I am grateful for the time that I spent there.
