defining the Enterprise Group Customer Logical Data Model based on BIAN that was
used across all BUs. Helped in creating Operating Models, RACI to govern the
process and delivery of the model with stakeholders. Developed strategies for
Reference Data and crafted a comprehensive Data Governance Framework in
Collibra providing lineage for the entire data model lifecycle.
• For a global provider of financial products decision support tools, as Solution Data
Architect, spearheading the development of the data strategy and transformation
programme on the MS Azure cloud data lake. Notable achievements include
powering dashboards, AI ML, and data science initiatives. For instance,
implemented ML sentiment analysis to identify reasons for customer churn and
address issues to enhance customer retention.
• At a tier 1 investment bank in the US, as Lead Data/Solution Architect for the
implementation of a Global Securities Aggregation Platform. This platform
integrated analytics and reporting platforms to meet regulatory requirements
across multiple geographies. Facilitated the development of business cases and
defined roadmaps for solution implementation, collaborating closely with
stakeholders from both business and technology teams to address source data
requirements.
