Meganrose Robertson (Meganrose)

I mostly come highly in Pom style dancing winning many awards and titles at university, national and international level. However from the age of 5 I have taken part in every range of dance there is. 

At the University of Stirling I coached the pom team for 2 years and was a participant on the team for 2 years. I brought the team to victory with more recognition around the university winning best choreography awards, grand champions, performance awards and multiple first places. I also went on to win the colors award for my dedication to coaching and our team won the non-BUCS team of the year. 

I am very passionate, driven and detemrined in what i do and i very good at it. I want ot make dance more know and loved for children of all genders. It is a sport that has not been recognised for its full potential and is the reaosn i am the person I am today. 

I have much experience and passion as a competitive dancer and coach. For 18 years of my life cheer and dance is something I have participated in at regional, national, and international level. It is something I take very seriously and has shaped me into the hard-working and driven individual that I am today. I have been part of a world championship level team for Pom for 7 years as well as also participating in Jazz/Lyrical for 2 years. I have attained many awards at this level with reaching top 10 in the world and the nations cup for Scotland. As well as world championship level, I compete at national level around the UK and have gained much success at these competitions. 

During my studies at the University of Stirling I coached the University pom team to which we gained remarkable success, respect and reputation from the university and students at various other universities around Scotland. My aim as a coach was to show students how enjoyable, important, and successful cheer and dance was. I achieved this in not only Competition level with winning Multiple 1st place trophies, choreography awards, grand champions, and performance awards but I made the University realize how amazing this sport was with the recognition around the university advertised on University TV screens and winning the colors award and best non-BUCS team of the year club at sports ball

I have gained much experience at Sonas Cafe Bistro in taking on the managerial role. From this I have learned the value of great customer service, approachable manners for co-workers and how to stand in any given situation. I underhold much responsibility in end of day banking, training new employees, ensuring all stock is up to date and providing a great service in the café. I am there for the owner to trust, and I take this very seriously in ensuring the café gains a great reputation and regular custom.

I gained Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Sports Studies at the University Of Stirling.
