I'm a well driven highly enthusiastic worker with a wide range of skills transferable to this role. Through my 6 years as a self employed cleaner I am confident working alone, punctual and understand the importance of always presenting yourself in the best way.  

My current job as a bakery assistant has lead to selling cakes all over the UK, interacting with new people every day and representing the brand. Thanks to this job role I have experience in not only driving a van but also ensuring products are not damaged in transit. The customer service aspect of the job is something that I love. Years of interating with the public and providing a quality service in all my previous jobs has greatly improved my interpersonal skills and has even lead to lifelong friendships. I believe it takes less than a minute to make a connection with a customer and have had great feedback from all recent events I've attended.

In the work place I am known to be a keen leader, constantly helping over staff members to learn and work at a high standard. I have proven myself to be a reliable individual and a valuable asset to any team.

I have a mixture of experience in domestic and comercial cleaning, transporting goods, customer service and food production 

I have a Level 2 nvq retail and customer service meaning that I heightened understanding of good customer service
