My education, my professional experience along with my willingness to work hard helps me to achieve my objective.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY 

I have great interest in working for the  hospital and still am working for the post of Senior Career in the UK Care Homes/ Nursing Homes. During my professional life, I took the overall responsibility of the patients comprising of various age groups ranging from paediatrics patients to geriatric patients. I am trained, confident, and enthusiastic to look after geriatric patients. Moreover, elderly care can be challenging at times, but I really happy to serving and working for the elderly. In addition to that I am empathetic and skilled registered nurse with expertise in the provision of exemplary care to maintain health and safety of elderly patient with health and care needs. I had been a part of providing personal assistance to elder citizens while I am working as a Nurse, such as bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming, and assisting the patients with varied physical, emotional and social needs by providing physical and mental stimulation. Apart from that I had to prepare patient care plan, preparing patient chart and discharge summary, monitor all aspects of patient care including diet and physical activity.
