I am currently working full time as HR and Resources Officer. I am looking for a short term job that I can do on weekends to get an extra income. 

Experience

Offer front desk support by promptly answering phone calls, addressing general email inquiries and managing posts.
• Provide personal assistant-type support to the Directors of Creative Confident Communities, A Fairer Future, and Our Natural World. This includes managing their schedules, assisting with grants administration, arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation bookings.
• Assist in compiling and distributing important meeting materials, particularly for Board Meetings and Committee meetings.
• Act as a secondary point of contact and provide support to the Funding Operations Officer, including tasks like preparing Committee papers and assisting with various processes. Additionally, offer support to the funding team as needed.
• Assess initial stage Expression of Interest applications for funding.
