Mia Gedosev

Health and fitness became an important part of my life early on. I first started sharing my passion for training and healthy living on Instagram. After gaining hundreds of likeminded followers I decided that my next step to gain more knowledge and improve my content would be to complete the L2 and L3 personal trainer courses.

The support and knowledge I gained from this has inspired me to continue sharing the benefits of exercise I experienced and helping individuals improve their quality of life through enjoyable functional movement and balanced diet, now not only online but face to face as well. 

After completing my L2 Fitness Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer courses I had the opportunity of working with the head physiotherapist of the Taunton Titans RFC. I attended their rehab clinics where I was working to help one athlete recover from an ankle injury. This has made me confident in motivating individuals and writing training programs that are personalized as well as enjoyable.

Earlier this year I had the chance to work at Rocycle Studios, a start-up in Amsterdam which offers spin classes. I was in charge of the day to day operations of the Zuidas branch and worked alongside the manager to organize scheduling of the employees and instructors. I was also asked to contribute my ideas regarding the improvement of the customer experience and helped implement them.

I am currently studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Nottingham and I am interested in sports injury rehabilitation as well as strength and conditioning of athletes. 

I became a REPs certified L3 Personal Trainer through Performance Training Academy.

While completing my four A-levels (Mathematics, Further Mathematic, Biology and Economics) at The Maynard School in Exeter, Devon, I also joined the Sports Leaders Organisation and helped organize and teach P.E. lessons to children at the local St. Leonards primary school for an extended period of time.
