  • Planned, implemented, and evaluated development of sport in Zambia by enhancing facilitation, best practice and sharing knowledge in collaboration with Zambian National Governing Bodies, NGO’s and other key stakeholders
  • Project Managed strategic aspects, ensuring sustainability, ownership and structure was at the core of all decisions
  • Utilised Sport Hub-sites as a vehicle for both Sport Development and Sport FOR Development. Across hub-sites, positively impacted the lives of approximately 3651 participants and 367 coaches
  • Directed the delivery of sporting sessions for children living in extreme poverty, ensuring welfare needs, and positive developmental outcomes were a priority. I did this both hands on myself, and by liaising with in-country sports delivery organisations to ensure that all other personnel I was mentoring (over 150 volunteers) also delivered appropriate and impactful intervention.

  • Assisted with the operations of various PR and marketing events including – new-build property developments, media relations, video production, photography, and social media
  • The results provided positive media coverage and support for 6 specialist supporting living properties for people with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities in England and Scotland
