I am a mature, personable, reliable and hardworking individual who is confident to work unsupervised and act upon my own initiative. I have great attention to detail and thrive under reassure in a busy working environment. I have experience in a range of jobs from working in Customer Service to Health care, therefore I am able to work efficiently and with confidence in professional environments. In my spare time I attend the gym 5-6 times a week, but previously have trained as a competitive swimmer, and I have been a part of Lincoln Pentaqua Swimming club for around 5 years, therefore I am fully aware of the commitment and dedication needed to achieve both personal and team goals.

Undertaking front of house duties including, welcoming guests, serving food and drink to dining guests, handling cash and card payments and providing assistance to the manager where needed.

GraceGentle Boutique- July 2022 to December 2022

Working on the shop floor as a retails assistant to give help and guidance to customers where needed. Taking both cash and card payments for purchases made as well as completing order forms when made. Stock replenishment and keeping the displays looking eye catching and tidy.

Eden Hall Luxury Day Spa- January 2024-July 2024

Working as a part of the Food and Beverage Team within the Spa, Ensuring customers enjoy a relaxing and luxury restaurant experience with efficient and polite customer care and going above and beyond to ensure requests and expectations of customers are met. Working in customer service, food handling and service, making and serving beverages (bar work) and organising/cleaning on the restaurant floor to ensure a spotless and seamless customer service environment and experience.

Bassingham Care Centre- September 2022- Present

Working 13-hour shifts as a professional Health care assistant has allowed me to gain valuable experience and skills when working and interacting with patients, their family and friends and other health care professionals I have gained valuable communication skills and are able to work as part of a team and leading a team in high pressure fast paced situations.

I completed secondary school at Kesteven and Sleaford Girls High School, where I obtained 10 GCSE qualifications in grades 6-9. I then went on to study a Level 3 extended diploma in Health and Social Care Health science at Nottingham College which I achieved a final A level grade of A*A*A in. I will be attending the University of Nottingham from September 2024-2027 to complete a Midwifery Degree.
