My name is Micah Ehi Elimhingbe,

My journey as a data governance manager started in 2017,  With over ten years of working experience, I realized data is an important asset in any organization. This exposure has led me to derive an interest in data governance. Having worked as a data governance manager for about 6 years understand the core strength of data values, relating with stakeholders, preventing data loss, and finding ways to make data more effective and fit for purpose. My knowledge in the identification of data collection gaps, interpretation of challenges, and development of solution frameworks and policies to solve issues regarding Data have placed me at an advantage.

 I am a good team player because as a data governance manager, the importance of my team members aligning with the vision and rules in developing business glossaries and ensuring critical data elements are well organized and structured cannot be overemphasized.
