I am a law graduate  (pending results) and chocolatier from Northern Ireland pursuing online/remote work in my fields of interest. I am deeply passionate about International Humanitarian Law, politics,  journalism and food. I worked as a chef in various positions at numerous award winning restaurants, including 1 double AA Rosette, and one 3 AA Rosette. Working to this standard gave me an eye for detail and a passion for quality that I carry with me to this day in all aspects of my life. 

This is particularly relevant in the political-legal field, whether interpreting statute and case law to advise a client, or finding/creating issues within arguments. My writing also benefits from this approach as I enjoy writing detailed, argumentative  pieces of work, based on research or opinion, in addition to analysing the work of others. I also offer menu creation and consultancy services.
