I am hardworking, enthusiastic, and keen to progress in a career within software development. I am seeking for an opportunity in a team led environment that I can contribute quality work to. I undertook a 16-week course in professional software development. This included over 400 hours of coding which has given me a great grounding to begin a career within software development. Quality Assurance Analyst (Year 2 of Apprenticeship) 

Review the quality of a multiple range of communications to minimise the risk of errors. I Evaluated and recorded the quality and performance of each analyst using Excel . Provided feedback, advice and guidance based on audit findings using NICE software application. Reported to fellow QA colleagues to identify areas of improvement through agent reviews and maintained employee status using Remote Desktop . I Gained familiarity of Kali Linux whilst undertaking training during the apprenticeship. 

Apprentice Operations Analyst (Year 1 of Apprenticeship) Responding to system alerts to fix or escalate as necessary. I Logged all incidents, categorising and prioritising. I Performed general housekeeping on a VMS system
