Michal Czadowski

As a postgraduate student at Leeds Beckett University, specializing in Medical Biology, I have honed my expertise in laboratory research and clinical trials. My academic journey has equipped me with a profound understanding of clinical trials, bolstered by my in-depth thesis work, for which I received a distinction. This thesis was centred on data collection, providing clear evidence of my meticulous attention to accurate data collection and analysis.

I am particularly interested in research and development settings, especially within a laboratory setting, where I can apply my practical expertise in microbiological and molecular techniques such as PCR and DNA digestion, Ligation and Transformation, DNA Minipreps, Chromatography GFP purification, Colorimetric Assay, Immunoassays (ELISA), Cell culture and fluorescent microscopy techniques to name a few. My strong foundation in data analysis and meta-analysis, combined with these technical skills, allows me to contribute effectively to a wide range of projects in the field of medical biology, clinical trials, and laboratory research.

My educational background also includes graduating from Teesside University, where I focused on laboratory skills, with an emphasis on immunohistochemistry and quantitative neuropathological analyses. This encompassed skills such as densitometric analyses and a strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. I'm also well-versed in laboratory safety practices, including COSHH and BIOCOSHH, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Beyond my technical abilities, I excel in meeting customer needs and am highly adaptable to diverse environments, with a knack for creative problem-solving. I thrive under pressure, both when working independently and as part of a team, facilitated by my strong communication skills. My background also encompasses experience in financial responsibilities, customer care, and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines through a combination of educational and professional experiences.

I am driven by a commitment to excellence and am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to future endeavours, particularly within research and development and in laboratory settings within the field of medical biology, clinical trials, and laboratory research.
