Experience

I am a very hard-working and committed individual. I can work both independently and in a team. I am a very calm collected person with many qualities, and I always ensure I give a hundred percent in everything I do. Through my degree I have developed good leadership and time management skills. 
I have worked in an after school club called ‘Raising Explores’. I have started working here since October 2021 and my role was a finance assistant. My duties include sorting out universal credit, Tax credit of parents to see how much working tax credit they are eligible for and also how much Childcare they are entitled too. Also, I have dealt with bank statements as well as general administration duties.
I have also worked in a small accounting firm called S K Malik & Co Accountants whereby I have sorted out invoices, bank statements and making calls to customers. I have also helped with general administration duties. Hence, I know what a fast-paced environment is and how it’s like in reality as through my experience I have acknowledged that. 

I show various real-life skills and I am a very determined person. I always try my maximum best to reach my potential aim. Some of my skills involve; Good communication, Leadership, Problem solving, Organisation and Confidence. I have good IT and Microsoft skills (e.g. Excel). 

I firmly believe through my experience and by having transferable skills I would be a great fit for this role. 

I have chosen to apply for this role as its a customer based role and I will be seeing customers so I like to see a smile on customers. Also, in all my previous roles I have worked with customers so I believe I have great transferable skills that I can add to this job. Moreover, I have worked in both fast and slow faced environments so I will be used to the environment and will be able to cope with it easily. In this role I can get the better out of myself in regards to my personality. To conclude I think I would be the ideal candidate for this role.
